Mental health may include an individual's ability to enjoy life, and to create a balance between life activities and efforts to achieve psychological resilience .

as well as learning disabilities .

Early Warning Signs of mental health problems are:
1. Eating or sleeping too much or too little
2. Pulling away from people and usual activities,

3. Feeling numb or like nothing matters
4. Having unexplained aches and pains
5. Feeling helpless or hopeless
6. Smoking, drinking, or using drugs more than usual
7. Feeling unusually confused, forgetful, on edge, angry, upset, worried, or scared
8. Consistent Yelling or fighting with family and friends
9. Experiencing severe mood swings that cause
problems in relationships
10. Having persistent thoughts and memories you can't get out of your head
11. Hearing voices or believing things that are not true
12. Thinking of harming yourself or others
13. Inability to perform daily tasks like taking care of
your kids or getting to work or school
